Daniela Mason, Esq.

Daniela Rosette Mason is a partner at Stone, Glass & Connolly, LLP and has been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating.  She brings vast experience in general liability, premises liability, negligent security, ethics and disciplinary proceedings, property title insurance, business and commercial disputes, and international estate planning.  Daniela’s experience is based on her years serving as Bar Counsel for The Florida Bar, where she handled all stages of disciplinary proceedings, both at the trial level and the appellate level, as well as successfully argued before the Florida Supreme Court.  While working at The Florida Bar, Daniela also taught several seminars on ethics and professionalism.

Following her experience at The Florida Bar, Daniela worked as a litigator for the law firm of Heller Waldman, PL in Miami, Florida, where she represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters.  She then worked at the law firm of R&S International Law Group, LLP in Miami, Florida, where she focused her practice in the area of international estate planning and traveled to Mexico, Panama and Colombia.  Prior to joining Stone, Glass & Connolly, LLP, Daniela worked as Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title Group in Jacksonville, Florida, where she handled title insurance claims throughout the State of Florida and Puerto Rico.

Daniela has been with Stone, Glass & Connolly, LLP since 2021.  During her time at Stone, Glass & Connolly, LLP Daniela has represented insurance companies, businesses, and individuals in a broad range of general liability, premises liability, negligence security, and contractual matters.  She has tried numerous jury trials since joining Stone, Glass & Connolly, LLP, as well as handled appeals.  Along with Michael Glass, she has obtained a number of defense verdicts.

Fluent in French and Spanish, prior to graduating with honors from The University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Research and Writing Editor for the Business Law Review, Daniela studied Human Rights Law in Geneva, Switzerland.  Daniela has been actively involved in her local community as board member of the Miami Catholic Lawyers’ Guild and St. Michael’s Angels, and she has also served as a Eucharistic Minister and Lector at St. Agnes Catholic Church.
