Hugh J. Connolly is a co-founder and member of the Stone, Glass & Connolly, LLP law firm. Mr. Connolly focuses his trial and appellate practice on first and third party property damage claims, as well as on insurance coverage and bad faith matters. Mr. Connolly also has extensive experience in the areas of condominium liability, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, auto negligence, and construction defect claims. An active civil litigator, he represents clients throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. Connolly is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute, and he is an appointee to the Military Affairs Committee of the Florida Bar.
An “AV” rated attorney, Mr. Connolly earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with highest honors from the University of Florida in 1993 and his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1995.
Mr. Connolly is a native of South Miami, where he continues to reside with his wife and three children in the Village of Palmetto Bay.
